Inkscape merupakan perisian pengedit format SVG yang bersumber terbuka dan bebas[1]. Perisian ini dibebaskan dibawah Lesen Awam Am GNU dan dibangunkan menggunakan bahasa C, C++ dan Python. Setakat ini, versi terkini yang stabil, versi 0.46, yang boleh digunakan untuk Mac OS, Linux, dan Windows.

Sehingga kini, Inkscape masih dalam pembangunan dan fungsi-fungsinya ditambahkan dari semasa ke semasa.
